- 1 Swedish west coast lobster
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- A few drops of Tabasco
- A pinch of black pepper
Decorations
- White fish roe from northern Sweden
- Lobster claw from the Swedish west coast
- Lemon, dill, red onion, black pepper
- Butter-fried brioche
Preparation steps
- Cut the lobster meat into small pieces and gently mix in all the ingredients.
- Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Cut the brioche into slices and fry them in butter until they turn a golden brown.
- Arrange all the ingredients artistically in a plate and decorate.
