  • 1 Swedish west coast lobster
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • A few drops of Tabasco
  • A pinch of black pepper

  • White fish roe from northern Sweden
  • Lobster claw from the Swedish west coast
  • Lemon, dill, red onion, black pepper
  • Butter-fried brioche

  • Cut the lobster meat into small pieces and gently mix in all the ingredients. 
  • Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the brioche into slices and fry them in butter until they turn a golden brown.
  • Arrange all the ingredients artistically in a plate and decorate.
